Austin Peay State University is proud to recognize students on the Dean's List for academic achievement during Summer 2026. The Dean's List recognizes students who have shown a commitment to academic excellence by earning a term GPA of 3.5 while enrolled full-time.

Graduate Assistants assist the center in a variety of ways, such as managing the center's social media accounts and training and supervising peer educators.

Co-requisite Tutors work with faculty partners to lead small group tutoring sessions and labs for students in historically difficult courses

Lab Attendants greet students who enter CASE, answer questions, and take care of the shared tutoring space.

Peer Tutors lead one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions across multiple academic disciplines to help students better understand course material and provide targeted and relevant guidance.

Supplemental Instruction Leaders hold structured, peer-led study sessions each week for students in historically difficult courses.

Austin Peay State University congratulates students on being offered a Presidential Scholarship for Fall 2026. To receive this scholarship, students must be incoming first-time freshmen with a GPA of 4.0 or higher.

Govs Ambassadors are current students who welcome families and groups touring Austin Peay's campus. They answer questions about campus resources, share insights into the student experience, and serve as a friendly, welcoming presence for prospective students. Govs Ambassadors also participate in Be A Gov! Tour events to meet with incoming students and help them gain an appreciation for the university.

The Peer Leader Program empowers students to lead through serving their fellow APSU peers. Each year, approximately 100 students serve in University Success courses to come alongside first-year students as they acclimate to life as a Gov. Peer Leaders are extensively trained and play a pivotal role in the university's retention efforts. The Peer Leader Program also has an impact on student persistence to graduation. From 2021-2025, 96.1% of peer leaders received a degree (Associates or Bachelors) from APSU. 91.3% of peer leaders received a bachelor's degree, and 67% of Peer Leaders earned an associate's and a bachelor's degree.

Austin Peay State University congratulates students on being offered a Governor's Excellence Scholarship for Fall 2026. To receive this scholarship, students must be incoming first-time freshmen with a 3.0-3.49 GPA.

Orientation Leaders are current APSU students who work alongside university staff and faculty to welcome and support new students through orientation and into their first year on campus. As guides, mentors, and familiar faces on orientation day, they help incoming first-year and transfer students navigate campus life - academically and beyond.
