Austin Peay State University is pleased to announce the selection of this year's President's Emerging Leaders. An invitation to the President's Emerging Leaders Program (PELP), with a scholarship, is offered to twenty incoming first-year students each year following a rigorous selection process that includes essays, interviews, and a review of past leadership experiences.

Austin Peay State University (APSU) is pleased to recognize our incoming first-year Honors students in the prestigious APSU Honors Program. APSU Honors students are competitively selected from an application process and must have at least a 3.5 high school gpa or minimum of 24 on the ACT. The Honors Program is designed to challenge students and provide opportunities for creative exploration and intellectual development. The program requires motivated students to fulfill a minimum of 25 hours of honors-designated courses, including a senior thesis. Honors courses are available in the general education core, as separate courses, and in upper-division courses in the various majors.

Austin Peay State University (APSU) is pleased to recognize our incoming first-year Honors students in the prestigious APSU Honors Program. APSU Honors students are competitively selected from incoming freshmen who have earned a 3.5 or better high-school GPA.

Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society partners with colleges and universities to celebrate the scholarship and leadership of adult students in higher education. ASLHS is devoted to the advancement of scholarship and recognition of nontraditional students continuing their education.

Alpha Lambda Delta is one of the oldest and most prestigious honor societies in our nation, recognizing the brightest students in their first academic year of college. The organization's purpose is to encourage superior academic achievement, promote intelligent living and a high standard of learning, and assist students in recognizing and developing meaningful goals in society.
